Managing your subscription

Your subscription is managed in ONE place: the dashboard. In the sidebar, at the bottom near the language selector, you'll find 💳 Subscription: that's your plan's page.

What you see

Your plan with its status (active, trial, expired), the servers covered by the license with used slots, the expiry date and the billing email. The subscription is personal: only the holder sees it — collaborators and staff accessing the same dashboard never see your billing data.

Renewal, invoices, cancellation

The Manage subscription button opens Stripe's secure portal: payment method, downloadable invoices, plan changes and cancellation. When you're done you're taken back to the dashboard automatically.

If your plan expires

The dashboard takes you to the Subscription page to renew: your servers, tournaments and data stay right where they are — reactivate and pick up where you left off. No walls: just the way back in.

From the same page you can activate yours: 14-day free trial on monthly plans, no card required. If you collaborate on someone else's dashboard and want to run YOUR own tournaments, this is where you start.
