By using NEMIX TOURNAMENT ("the Service") you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is provided by Massamba Diane, VAT IT05183680239, based in Italy.
NEMIX TOURNAMENT is a commercial SaaS Discord bot for managing Battle Royale tournaments (Call of Duty Warzone; Fortnite and Apex Legends coming soon). The Service includes: - Discord bot with tournament management commands - Web dashboard for advanced management - License and subscription system - NEMIX Vision, included in Plus plans
To use the Service you need to: - Have a valid Discord account - Purchase a license via nemixbot.com - Link the license to your Discord ID using the !activate command The license is personal and non-transferable. You may activate the bot on a number of servers equal to your purchased plan.
Available plans: - Starter: €14.99/month — 1 Discord server - Starter Plus: €19.99/month — 1 Discord server - Annual: €119.99/year — 2 Discord servers - Annual Plus: €159.99/year — 3 Discord servers - Pro: €29.99/month — 5 Discord servers - Pro Plus: €34.99/month — 6 Discord servers Plus plans include NEMIX Vision. All plans include a 14-day free trial, available once per account only.
Payments are managed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at expiration. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal accessible from the Account page. In case of failed payment, the Service is suspended after a grace period. No refunds are provided for partially used periods, unless otherwise agreed.
The 14-day free trial is available once per account (Discord ID and/or email). Attempts to reuse the trial via different accounts are considered abuse of the Service and result in immediate subscription cancellation without charge.
You may not use the Service to: - Organize prize money tournaments without the necessary legal authorizations - Engage in illegal activities or violate Discord's Terms of Service - Attempt to bypass the license or authentication system - Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties - Any use that damages NEMIX or other users
All code, design, logos and content of NEMIX TOURNAMENT are the exclusive property of Massamba Diane. Copying, modification or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability. We are not responsible for: - Loss of tournament data caused by malfunctions - Indirect or consequential damages from use of the Service - Interruptions caused by Discord, Stripe or other third-party services Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last month of service.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an account in case of: - Violation of these Terms of Service - Non-payment - Fraudulent or abusive activity In case of cancellation due to violation, no refund is provided.
We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue the Service at any time. Material price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice via email.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, jurisdiction lies with the consumer's place of residence (if an individual) or Milan (if a business).
